Peggie Griffith (Vice-President)
Peggie is a past President of the Alabama Sierra Club. She is an expert on organic farms and sustainable agriculture. Peggie has worked to curtail water pollution from largescale livestock feeding operations in the Tennessee River watershed. Being around all this locally grown, organic food, it's not surprising Peggie is a great cook as well.
